We outsource Genesis (Charlie) to do our Payroll and I liaise directly with her, weekly.
Charlie is personable, professional, quick to respond and helpful. She is always keen to help with a query or question, ensuring I can access the information I need. It's very convenient being able to speak to one person, instead of multiple departments of a company. Very happy with the service thus far.
